go to this, http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-YouTube-to-MP3-Converter.htm and download it, then find ur song on utube that u r planning on using, and copy and paste the url of the song into the program, then download, when u use the song on utube, it will be marked as a song u picked from the website, and wont be dleted
