what you mean "sloppy"? if its bad graphic then yes youtube reduces file size and makes it bad but if you mean that it shows like one frame in 1 second then its not youtube fault.

cause it lower waulity video hosting if it was hiugher qaulity youd eather have to pay for it or it wont work
