does the sponsored person have to live in the northwest area? how much is the discount? do they have to be christian? i am a christan myself, but since you guys are a church/scooter group would it be a conflict?

no, you dont have to be in NW. They're sponsoring all over the place.
Also I don't really have any religious views and that doesnt seem to be a problem with them.
