cut it down but dont speed hole it, you need experience of how decks actually stress and disperse landing energy. myself and very few people have done it properly but if you dont ride your scooter a certain way which comes from many years of riding, i wouldnt say it would break but it would put high amounts of stress to one point and that will cause it to break. not saying i ride carefully because thats far from true, i whore the shit out of flippy tricks these day but if i draw up plans (when i feel like it) then maybe get someone to do it.

Could I just put three speed holes on the headtube?

im 5'8", i love a bit of taller bars
