HIC is not much lighter then a 3" SCS setup, you dont need a slit and if the bars get overloaded they dont snap at slit but instead uses the elasticity of steel and bend at the downtube before snapping.

How long is that deck Alex? And Ashley, I tried to drill an extra hole in my TSI brake to use the Orions original holes but spring steel is really hard so I just drilled another one since I didn't wanna go and get a special drill bit that could do the job.
