Take an ass load of pennies or the Canadian equivalent, then shove a knife and Pry it. (Thin one) Then it should come of a little. Shove a Penny in there and repeat with more pennies. (Stack em.) It works most of the time. Kinda tedious though, but it shouldn't take more then 10 minutes...
