Yea, no grease. Put one of the bolts in backwards and do the penny trick like Madis is saying and it will slide on. Rubber mallet works to if you have one but do not use a normal hammer or you will jack the clamp. Sanding the fork tube a little will work too but it is not necessary. Whatever...

No, I did not. I said the clamp will fit all threadless forks with an 1-1/8" OD. I never said anything about the starnuts but according to Madis it works so take it to a bike shop where they have the proper tools.
