I have th pink spoked grippers and I love them. They are as close to perfection as any wheel I have ridden has ever come. There is one flaw and that is the bearing slots. I dont know if this is just me, but within like 1 day of riding the bearing slot got really loose and the wheel jiggles...

There is a starnut in the fork and the shim goes over the fork and you put a compression cap at the top of the shim and tighten it into the starnut and then slide your bars over the shim and tighten.
