True, I am not impressed by any grips by scooter companies either. As long as a grip is not too thick and lasts at least a year, I am happy. I find that the Cult grips and ODI's do just that.

You'll be fine at 105 pounds. I recommend uaing them in a full size SCS though. My friend rides some that are 23 high and it's just too mucg leverage for the slits. He weighs 205 though.

I liked it. I am not sure how well you know timing and rythms, but more triplet feels and quarter-note triplets would be so sick. Less half notes and more 16ths as well. It would make it sound less generic/basic. Great start for sure!

Hit the brake with a mallet as hard as possible. The actual curve of the brake, hit it outward. It shouldn't be that hard.
