    ive got a jd bug (same as razor pro) headtube and a cane creek tank jump 1 headset with the extended headtube press fit (the bit that goes into the headtube) and it cannot go fully in because of this lip inside the headtube. can i leave the small gap there or will it make the beargins uneven?

    people are prejudging it but as mentioned earlier it does not say what standard/type of metal which is used which is usually bad but you never know and should not prejuge it too much as i dont think many people have ridden them

    alright mate. a, in my opinion really good idea would be to bolt or weld on a mtal sheet on the bottom closing up the gaps between the walls as it could greatly increase the deck strength if done well
