trust me bearings can make a big difference. ceramics are not weaker than reds at all its not normall ceramic i think its silicon nitrate or something which is harder that steel and ceramics last ages and are pretty much the best out there but are still way over priced. in good wheels bearings...

my mate has the FSA the pig DH pro and its fine on his scooter

move the spacer so an axle wont go through but get stuck half way across and then hammer the axle http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GizV49GXRyw but use an axle instead of an allen key when hammering and you can have the wheels elevated on 2 things instead

yea but goit an idea of what to use as its right at the bottom of the bearing cup and i dont want to ovalise my wheel by filing

get one, the price is amazing and if they're heavy when you go back on a light scooter you canlearn loads

no why do that when there is almost certainly a solution. im not gonna have a wonky bearing which would be vey undialled and slow not to metion how bad for the bearing it would be.

if you have more shims then you will need bigger bars

I have a vertx metal core and some bearings but there seems to be a sort of lip in one of the bearing slots so when I install my bearings the one of them is slightly diagonal. is there anyway to get rid of that lip so I can have my bearings inserted properly as it wont spin well as all otheriwse?

except possibly in Robs case as if he bent it back and then used on his lod mgp the pressure point would move and not re bend that bit as the headtube is shorter
