phoenix forks will not fit unless you have a baby scs or a really long compression bolt

check and make sure nothing is loose and if its just that it keeps coming loose get some blue locktite it may be your bearings or bearing spacers... is it making a low pitched sound or a high rattling sound?

why don't you send it in for warranty if you cut it down its going to be really short

make sure the rear spacers are facing the right way then if thats not it check the brake or compression
