shadow conspiracy will work, but I broke mine so easily in between installation. Besides, after a lot of use when they come scuffed up I always cut the ---- out of myself. But to you guys using plastic.... how do you get them out?

You dont need washers like everyone else said you can just use some junky stock bearings, and you can use clamp nuts too. if the axle is to short.
