nah they probably are 23 high because when they measure the height, they go from the bottom of the steertube to the crossbar in the middle, which happens to be an inch lower that the part you hold onto.

Yeah its so annoying to get everything tightened down hahah. Also HIC is surprisingly hard to get the bars lined up with the fork. The shim just keeps moving and lossening But i finally got it :D

I'm sponsored by them :D And ive had the fork for like a year, and it was drilled out for ICS. Then I just got crows, so i just ran the ICS bolt through the compression cap and screwed a nut on it. Starnutless. Also the deck isnt 250. The deck, headset, and flexfender is 250.
