any kind of headset spacers that are 1 1/8", you can get them at a bike shop for like 2 bucks theres different thicknesses.

spacers my friend. EDIT: nvm that wouldnt work, i forgot the top cup needs to thread on too... maybe just get a threadless headset, keep the locknut, then use spacers
