Normal forks are 10 degrees offset so that means -10 degrees behind the headtube. So flipping it around gives you more wheel to stand on. Makes it easier.

No, they're serious, I got my TSI forks at my local K-Mart on sale for $49.99. Best deal of my life. On a more sarcastic note: Just buy one off inward, or Freestyle depot, or from the sellers section, you won't be getting one for too cheap, seeing as they cost ~220 new. best of luck
