find a super strong electro magnet, hold down the wheel and let the magnet do it's work since the wheel is aluminum it should pull the race out easily. if you can't do that I suggest using a small screw driver and either hitting it out from the other side (pop the other bearing out) or pry it...

Pull it either off to the side or behind you a little Narrow bars help. Try dialling them on stock bars
