i got it from joe d. something was wrong and it took a while for him to ship it, idk if he could get it out either. its not much trouble, i just want to get it out before i go ride again. which could be tomorrow OR next week for all i know. and i cant use a vice, i broke it. i have no idea...

i just got an eagle i bought in the mail today, and it came with a broken bearing in it. its just the outer ring, though. everything ive tried has failed. horribly. i searched but nothing helped. i tried a flathead and an allen key and just prying it out, is there any way to make it easier...

you dont need to grind anything, at least i dont think so. use an 8mm bolt in the front and a 10mm bolt behind the headtube.
