well mine was already basicly cracked, but for the rest i took a skinny flathead screw driver and a hammer to it. then flatened the bottem of the rails to make it even...

its doing much better today. i woke up and i was sore but after i was outside for awhile it wasnt that bad. i played football (but i q'd most the time) and played safty so not much running,haha
