Yeah but then people will know what is being asked. That kinda takes away from the idea of a weekly member interview. The users should have something to look forward to. Its kinda like tuning in to a tv show each week. You don't know / aren't supposed to know whats gonna happen.

Don't make a thread. The mods will probably choose who will be interviewed each week (if this even happens). We can't have a bunch of members each making threads and asking for questions. Also, keeping it a secret is definitely the best thing to do. Its not like POTW and COTW are revealed...

Personally, I don't think there should be a permanent sent of questions. That ruins the ability to keep it interesting. Mixing up the questions each week would allow the interviewees to have to be creative and answer questions that they are not expecting to answer. Example, The Berrics' Text...
