The interviews will probably be done one on one with the internet being the middle man. The interviews might be done over FB or something Idk...

It won't go chronologically by join date I don't think. Number of posts could be a determining factor for some. But some older members may seem more qualified than others. Again, nothing is final yet.

As for picking people to interview, join dates may play a role. Think of the older people on this site as the ones who have been standing in line the longest. Interviewing a 2012'er would be cutting the line ya feel me? Idk. Were still discussing. Nothing is final as of now.
