not done yet, obviously, skip to 15 for the riding, its the begging of my part for the fall tage, some people wanted to see it so i just posted it
you'll have to un-tighten your clamp, take off your bars, then unscrew the locking nuts on the headset, change the headset(look it up somewhere) then slide in the forks, put the compression in, and put your bars back on
when the bars are off, spin it, and see how much it goes around, it should be able to spin about 270-360 degrees, because when the weight of the bars are added it will spin a lot more, also use some locktite on the threads
it means that everything on the scooter is completely tight and solid. and it doesn't rattle at all. a good way of checking is dropping your scooter from like 2 feet in the air, it should sound like a basketball when it lands if its dialed
