Depends on your riding style. If you ride a lot of bigger park/bigger tricks and are into gaps and everything than definitely get 4.5 but if you ride more tech/street and flat get 4.0. I had a 4.0 Phoenix but my feet are just too big cuz I have size 12 feet but when I had it it was amazing...

They are sooooo good. I accidentally left them in the back of my dads car and it rained on them and they are fine. The only bad thing is that they throttled a little bit even before that. But so far they seem to be lasting really well

VIP is making carbon fiber bars... They weighed about as much as 6 pieces of paper when I picked them up. Literally. And I actually thi k it would work pretty good seeing that now DH bikes are being made out of carbon fiber an they are working out really well. I just don't know how it would work...
