i got an s-3 with a threaded inward fork. so wen i put the lock nut on tight the headset spins super slow, but sounds really dialed. then wen i loosen the lock nut, my scoot sounds really un-dialed. Is there anyway to fix this?

it doesnt matter how slow it spins, as long as it is smooth

make sure the bearings are in the right way and you have the s3 race on your fork, not like an old stock one or anything
