the fork tube isnt tall enough to have a quad clamp. Since the fork isnt there that just creates a week spot which can later snap. I'm pretty sure thats how it works, a pair of inwards broke that way...

it just bent back over time but it was only like 2 months sence i bought them

Guh. i got slayers 24 high and cut my own slit after cutting the other slit off.

put longer forks.thus making the bars straight at the bottom. but they may have to be hammered on :/
