Districts seem ankle friendly?

yeah i was thinking the edges were made a little different. i want one .its just gonna look so gay with my stock pro parts and the 50lb twan bars i bought before i knew what was up. im thinkin maybe a striker fork and just smooth the sides of the old A. i dont know

I love you.
Kieran shut up.

My bad for not trusting someone over the internet based solely upon their word. But lets be honest, whats the likelihood of a grown man posting on a site mainly frequented by much younger riders, especially to ask a question like this. I would expect any 38 year old gentlemen to be able to problem solve a little better than that....

Thats why I call BS.

The likelihood of the situation has nothing to do with anything. He doesn't know as much about the industry as we do, and I would expect that.

Yep, so finding ankle protection is sport-universal and has nothing to do with the industry. And yes, the likelihood of the situation actually occurring has everything to do with whether or not I personally find it plausible. I'm not trying to douche-out this thread, only stated that I didn't believe that he was 38.

He was asking if any decks were more friendly to ankles than pro models. The likelihood of a massive tsunami in New Orleans was pretty damn small but that still happened. Do you think that's fake too?

I'm really not trying to start a flame war here. And yeah, that was definitely a Tsunami that hit New Orleans. Not a hurricane. And yes, it is VERY plausible for that particular incident to happen, the Tragically Hip even wrote a song that predicted it. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zd-x9H6lfMs)

And even If I were to have found that hard to believe, I wouldn't have believed it via internet word of mouth. I would have found it much easier to accept once I saw the pictures and news-feed of it.

Kieran, I don't see why you can't accept that he most likely is 38. I mean look at Thom Cat, he's old as hell!
No offense to Thom ;)

Kids do dumber things on this site almost daily.

Because hes saying it over the internet on a scooter forum.

Nope, it doesn't.
Either way, its an opinion and I stand by it good sir.
I'm out of this flame war though. Crusty's age does not merit anymore discussion.

I think they make ankle guards. Don't know how much they would restrain you though from doing tricks.

thanx for all the helpful replys. and Kieran no hard feelings about the smack talking.yr cool. in fact thats one of the things that make this forum great. you guys really go at each other sometimes. me and my son read alot of these threads and roll laughing.i just dont care for when people get down right mean, those threads arent funny, just sad. thanx for weighing in Thom Cat ,scootering reminds me of the way bmx was in the 80's when the riders had more personality imo.
