Its a program called ObjectDock (i don't know if thats what hes using, but it does the same thing). Go on wincustomize.com if you want a bunch of sweet gui apps

Yeah it's a killer photo, I hope nobody thought I took it, being as a don't have a wide angle lens and I don't live in NYC either. At the end of All Day Steven Hamilton manuals across that whole bench.

If you're cool you have a Mac and you go to preferences and choose to have that thing on the side. If you're cool.
