110mm for FW and 110mm for BW?

Take the black cap out of the fork. It's just a plug, and you can pry it out with a screw driver. You don't need it.

If the top of the brake is giving your trouble, you could probably take the brake off and file the brake slot further, so the brake will sit higher.

By the way, before you buy a fork or anything, you should bolt your folding mechanism.
