no, dont file it, it will never be perfectly straight, and your bearings will get fucked up.

Ask marcel for the eaglesport spacers, those are high precission spacers, made for eaglesport wheels.

thats retarded.

Maybe you are......

Eagle Wheels are made according a intl. skate standerd and this means that the inside "breast"( thicker alu part between the bearings) is exactly 10.0 mm.(+/- 0,01mm)

If you use stock (read: cheap, not precize) spacers then it can happen that the sizing of this spacer isnt 100% correct since stockspacers aint cnc made, but mostly pressed/stamped (what has a higher tollerance(+/- 0,1/0,2mm then cnc made stuff).
You CAN file down the spacer to 10.1 or 10.2 mm and it will fits fine. IF you cannot do it order some Eagle spacers (CNC made) at your local retailer.

To know IF your spacer is TO wide, check if the wheel goes from left to right sliding over the bearings, if thats so the spacer is to wide.
The opposite is when you tight your wheels and the wheels do not spin, in that case the spacer is to narrow.

Hope this helps.

zolof you should definitely use spacers, otherwise your bolts aren't tight enough or your bearings aren't as fast as they could be.
