its stair grip, and the stuff i used to get had a little yellow reflective strip on it, but its wide enough to cut that part off.

The grip with the yellow stuff on it isn't the kind I use.
The kind I use comes in a 12 foot x 4 inch wide roll. It costs like 20 bucks and is seriously awesome.

Grippy, and relatively water resistant.
