put a stock handlebar inside of the t tube when u reinforce it makes it twice as thick

Well if it's not aluminium then it's steel and it's a steel t-tube that i used!

I'm using the inner nar tube (pretty sure it's called the t-tube) and it's definately steel! So are Pro Model ones!

Pro Model t-tube are not steel. You cant weld steel to aluminum. End of discussion.

The T-Tube i used wasn't off a Pro Model. It was off a "ZOOM" scooter i think! But are any T-Tubes made of steel cause i'm positive i welded it and i'm positive it's working extremely well!
