Yeah, I took apart Taylor's Geisha street when he got it so I pretty much get it. The reason the Reverse and other clones get messed up is because the bearings are small (at least more so than other freecoaster/cassettes) so they blow out much more easily. I've heard of people that did it in a week.

well i took apart my reverse and the bearings on the driver are the same size but the non drive side bearing is way!! bigger than a cassette.
how would the bearings blow out? after looking at the internals i cant figure out how enough excessive force is put on the bearings to break them.

well idk the one i have is used too and it works fine. However, i do know someone who has broken 3 bearings in a federal freecoaster and he isnt that good. The same kid broke demolition cranks by just pedaling fast. he has bad luck lol.

so its the bearings in the driver that break?

Sick stufff, Ive got a federal v2 freecoaster laced to a primo balance rim. I love mine for park stuff since all I basically do is to do with fakies but I aint riding it at the moment cos all the spokes are loose . My coasters fine though so I dont see what people say about them braking? Ive had mine since christmas and it still works fine, and when people moan about the slack, it aint even that bad, cos I can adjust mine to like nearly no slack and still be able to freecoast it just makes it a tad harder.

they both have their own advantages and disadvantages
but w/e
thats why im working on geting both
cassette for trails
free coaster for street/ park

all freecoasters will break if you ride them long enough. if you watch that everything about freecoasters video it shows the bearings in there and the bearings inside of the hub get supppppper worn out bc when you coast backwards its rubs up against the bearing. idk somethin like that
