Chris King is dumbest idea ever unless its the Ti one!!
Ti makes it just 2-3 times more expensive and really doesn't loose the weight that much since bearings are still made out of steel.

what i meant is theres no point blowing all that money unless you really are gunna go balls out

also i recon a stock is lighter than Ti king lol

Nobody said that it was good. Its just that alot of people use it because others use it and for example , I want a headset and I know 12312321 people using FSA Pig , I will just get it because I know like nothing about headsets and I know if I get a FSA Pig , it will be perfect in all ways.

Its better than buying some shit hole headset haha.

PIGs are good for me, and I'm sure I will continue to use them.

i really wouldnt go with a king ive seen so many of those break, they are weak.
i have the solid on my bike and i know the solids are really strong. they have diff bearings too like roller bearings so they probably spin faster on a scooter as well.

Thats exactly what i said. and i used to have a Chris King, its not all that good. my bottom cup cracked and i know i wasnt my fault. It takes me 9 months to a year to break one set of wheels normal urethane wheels and I'm 210lbs (I lift weights) and my impact weight is 110lbs.(smooth landings).

I will also keep on riding FSA Pig headsets. I see alot of BMXers using them which means they hold up for most BMX riders. That means solid okay!?!? I will only get something stronger if my riding can break the headset.

thats because the chris king headsets are made of aluminum cups, but more importantly MADE FOR BIKES. i seen more people complaining about bike parts or their scooters these days, thats because when theyre made, scooters arent put into consideration nor the tolerances that are applied to them. chris king is great for bikes, not scooters.

unsealed pig is fast, though i really havent been riding lately so idk how strong they are or how long it would last me.

i think your just talking out your ass, theres no way your "impact weight" is 100 pounds lighter than your real weight, even with a smooth landing, just that you were dropping is going to make up for it.
