SZ is legit and always has the best in mind. Around this time they get so busy and see so many orders that mistakes are bound to happen. If you contact them about the mistake it will get taken care of you can believe that.

As for the website crashing, They have plans to revamp the entire website once things slow down and aren't as hectic. Once this goes through, ordering will be easier and mistakes will be made much less.

Trust me when i say all this cause I wouldn't put my word and my name out there to defend a brand that wasn't legit.

Yeah, ben started this along time ago, but it is still usefull for the kids who wanna post about there more recent posts without starting a new thread.

about 2 years ago i ordered a rattler from there with a fakie brake. they sent me a normal ultra pro lo and my parents asked me if i could sell it to a friend so they paid for it and scooter zone sent me the rattler. my parents decided to not keep the rattler and make me ride the ultra pro and i was ok with it but SZ never refunded my parents the $190 we paid including shipping for the rattler and still havent this to this day. that was about 2 years ago.

Don't just randomly complain about them now, you should of tooken consideration to contact them in any way. SZ is very legit and I'm sure they would of refunded your money if you contacted them at the time.

my parents that own a business contacted them alot and they still never refunded them for the scooter

i ordered ramond warner sig bars a week ago and i called them to ask if they shipped them and all they said was to wait for the conformation email and then they hung up.
