i would say buy a new one,

As far as the insert. If by chance it does strip out - hard to believe it would but I've seen just about everything now - you just remove it. It will screw out. Screw a new one in. If you don't want to wait to get one from us you can still just put a regular star nut in to get going again. Pretty universal.

well then wats the point? it sounds exactly like a starnut just wit a different name and look. if i culd see it, it wuld probly make more sense to me.

We will have some detailed pics up soon. Anyone who has removed a star nut will appreciate this. If you have to remove a star nut it's a pain, and typically when your done - what is left is pretty torn up. Our insert simply screws out if need be. Like I said above, we left the same cavity for a regular star nut to be installed if you so choose. Don't know why you would though.

I think he will replace our parts tho, And yes, Im making an actual like 5 minute video with good riding, and trying to get on the team, and ive heard some bad news about who the team manager might be

Hi guys,
I know that teams are very imporant and we are thrilled that so many of you want to be on ours. Yes we will have a team I am sure, but keep in mind we have been open for business for just one week and we still have some nagging issues to deal with on the web site. We will get there but give us a little time please.
Of course our testers will be considered as will any others who decide to apply when the time comes. How soon, I honestly dont know, but we will give every one plenty of notice. I am trying to keep a file of those who have already contacted me but keep checking here and the other forums as well as our web site.
As far as a team manager, let me know who it is because Paul and I sure havent had that discussion. lolololol Keep in touch and watch for anouncments here and on our web site. We will let every one know when we are ready to seriously start looking for team members.

I really hope the xray headtube is like made of revolutionary, alien metal that is clear and invincible.
I just nearly had a heart attack at the thought that lucky gets a patent for the stuff first, no shit. D:
