Haha thats funny, why is it drilled? Its not like its the pads are makeing all those gases so the rotor needs all those holes to vent. those holes make it weaker and they now have less surface area to dicipate the heat. even if it did get "super hot" which it not going to do, also if it did get "super hot" the rotor would crack because of all those holes. I love finding design flaws in things but hate how some people don't even realize they are there, or manufacturers put things somewhere for astetics that will compromise the product, and dont even realize it.

Sorry for the rant,

if anyone starts to say they do it all the time on cars, ill explain why its different ,and on cars why its useless too (in some cases).

I remember a scooter site from back in 02 or 03. Someone hooked up disc brakes for front and back. Always thought it'd be too gnarly though. Plus just the maintenance must be intense. Guaranteed they loosen up real quick. And if you hit the disc too hard, discs would have to be changed constantly. Just like on motorized scooters.
