im not friends with really religious people. and so i could understand because theres no chance in hell i would date someone religious.

we wouldnt have anything in common and wouldnt agree on moral issues. you sound like an extreme christian so i could imagine it not working out, any who, if you like god and junk i suggest not liking anyone who is godless.

i think christians and jews can be married okay, the difference isnt that severe.
jews believe christ existed, so, thats a start right? oh and they have some pretty awesome music.

btw i hate christianity, i was raised "catholic", and it makes me fucking sick how hypocritical and unjust it is, with the most pathetic moral values and made up rules.
dont anyone try to defend it, i went to catholic school for 11 years.
if anything i like Buddhism, Hinduism, and hxc monks or missionary nun from any religion.
i also like mother theresas order, cuz thy are some hxcbitches.

PS i like them, becasue they give up their whole lives to help the world, instead of preaching and getting fat.
i would also like to say, that if you dont understand and value other religious services to be just as beneficial as your own, you dont really understand your god and wont ever understand the world.

i would like to an asshole and say that i think jehovah witness is brainwashing virus.
also please dont defend this, i live with to ex jehovah witnesses that got kicked out.

Margaret has a valid point, if you're an extreme christian, then nothing will probably work out between you and that girl or anyone that has any other religious beliefs and even reasonable christian people. This is pretty sad, another thing is that if your faith in God is so deep then why don't you just do what he tells you to if you believe he really does instead of making a thread on it on a stupid forum where people would probably tell you to "just fuck her"? The Holy Bible speaks of people who have made great sacrifices without a single whisper upon hearing the voice of God.
I am the man who believes in the power of mind so here's my advice: learn to think on your own. Don't take what other people tell you for granted. Listen to what your own heart tells you or what God tells you within. Do not listen to other people telling you what they think that God want's to tell you. Don't be a fundamentalist.

and if that's not enough for you, according to jesus in the bible, if you do as he taught, you'll go to heaven. he never said theres anything wrong with loving someone that doesn't believe in him, so why are you letting religion control your life?

1- margaret: i just want you to realize that i hate the term "christianity" and "im a christian" as well. Its the most cliche and overlooked word in the world. I have literally quit calling myself a christian because of the ridiculous amount of corruption and hypocracy attatched to it. I just want you to realize that not all christian's are the same, just as any other religion. Im a terrible acting Jesus follower and i struggle with alot, but that doesn't make Jesus Christ false. Just makes the followers a bunch of idiots.

2- Sean is completely right in the fact that dating this girl will NOT lead you to hell or anything, and has full potential to have a successful relationship just as any other situation would. YOU as a person just need to recognize what kind of person she is. If she is open minded and accepting, and is truely unaffected by your relgion, than i dont see a problem with it. Especially at your age, your young right? When it comes to marriage though, its a completely different perspective. So yeah, breaking up with her was a choice you decided was necessary, and possibly was. God shows himself through strange ways. Maybe he guided your heart or you had a self realization. But saying god told you to break up with her is a pretty extreme statement.

As i have said though, its in the past though. So wrong or right choice, you can only control your future from here on. Learn from what happened. If this love truely is real, maybe you should consider giving it another chance? Your the judge of your rationality and emotions.

personally i hate religion, it is a bunch of random thoughts from some random guy that probably ate cheese sticks all day back in the stone ages, i personally rely on science, since it can be proven, but thats just me don't get mad about it

So true. It is YOUR life, not the life of anyone within earshot. Go out and make your own decisions and live your own life, and most importantly, QUESTION AND CHALLENGE WHAT YOU'RE TOLD - just because "God" (your youth group leaders in this case) directly or indirectly told you that you can't go out with this girl anymore doesn't mean, as Pete said, that you should accept this at face value.

i disagree. i think judaism is completely fucked up, beyond that of christianity. islam is actually a pretty good religion, but muslims are fucking crazy. muslims now are what christians are in the dark ages, and honestly, i hate most muslim people.

although i'm technically still christian in the sense that i believe in jesus, the religion that makes the most sense to me is buddhism. if you've study religion at all with an open mind, you really have to admit that buddhism is the only one that makes any sense. buddhists know whats up, i have so much respect for them.

Today i rellised, i was happy mwith my desicion.
i miss her, but still, i know its been the right desicon.
because when i was with her, i could only ever think about her and her morals.
now thisway, i relise some of her morals where wrong (christianity point of view)

Going out with non christian girls, tempts you away from christ. i relised this throught my leaders etc
and i just neknew inside he was telling me.

Hmm valid point, but moral issues,
she's in reltaionships for the pysical stuff, the sex etc.
and i defintly wasnt in it for that.
God didnt physicaly say dump her, he was telling me it would be smarter to, or you will get tempted into the sex etc.
