Fuck. It annoys me the amount of kids that think Ryan Williams is the best tech, street and park rider. He does flips. Wanna cookie?
And all the kids that ride MaddGear scooters, seem to know absolutely fuck all about the scene. Razor Tour what is?
They are made to think that Madd is the best company out there, and IMO, MaddGears are for little kids with rich parents. I don't know many people who own a Nitro/Ninja, that have actually paid for it themselves. Most people got them for Christmas.

i seriously think they're brainwashing kids man. some of the kids around here are just obsessed with the riders on the team, and dont even realize other scooter riders exist. we have park rats in new york fucking city because of them. PARK RATS IN THE STREET CAPITAL? what the fuck is that shit man.
This is the worst part, its literally creating a void where style should be generating in the sport, its freaking scary.
Every little kid always wants to get an MGP or a Nitro. They think theyre hot shit in the sport just cause they ride a maddgear. The scooter doesnt make the rider any better.
Holy shit you could of not put it a better way. No other riders in Australia even exist except for the Madd team (except Billie), Apex team and Blunt team (except Adam Rouse, he's unbelievable)
The best riders in Australia are pretty much most of the friendly flicks riders, Luke Maffesoni, Ben Harradine, Sean Codd, Alex Collins, Royce King, Nick Johnson, Aaron Brandson, Jackson Manzie, Dean crafter and so on.
They're the only people keeping it real, that actualy ride street.
Maddgear set a horrible example for scooter riding, not to mention how unbelievably childish there entire company is.

Holy shit. The MaddUK team are the worst role models you have ever seen in your life. They are so cocky it is not even funny. You know Ben Grantham? They made up a thing about him having a foot fettish, and so Rob, Corey, Perry and Terry all make Ben/Feet references whenever they can, and because they are sponsored by Madd, everyone else jumps on the bandwagon.
Proto is legit, got to chill with bk dan and jon last weekend and had a superr fun time.

I hate hate hate maddgear soooooo much. They are the most childish stupid company ever. Like Bonner is super good, but seriously I think Maddgear is making him gay haha. Like its a company run by big corporate fags and they just care about money and little kids who have their parents buy them shit.

Yeahdood. I feel like Madd's image is like .. Promote promote promote, get attention and make the company bigger. And to younger kids (which is probably over half of the kids in scootering :/ ) that's what they look up to, because they're more focused on looking cool than taking time to develope skill and understand what real riding is. I think that's what makes kids wanna get sponsored so bad, too... That's just the way I think of it.

I was at the skatepark today, and two kids asked me if I could backflip. I said no. They said that Terry Price, Rob Wasp, Perry Grant, Corey Wakeman, Luke Painter and Dan Avery (Madd UK) can all backflip. It seems little kids only know Madd riders. None of them can even name a single Razor Team Rider.
