[moved] my foldy makes a cracking sound

well i tighten my fouldy and i go to ride so when i go for a manual it makes a cracking nose from my foldy here is some pics of my foldy

so should i get a new deck or a new headtube? or bigger bolts or what ill try and take a video later if needed

try a different headtube and tighten the HELL out of the bolts i had the same problem i switched mine earlier today...

make sure u use spacers with the bolts

crackling.....check that it's clean with a clean headtube aswell.

but to me it looks like they holes have sorta "warped" so you'd have to probably just tighten it ALOT

Yeah, use washers.
Tighten the hell out of the front and bottom bolts, tighten the back a lot but not too much to crack the foldy rails.

Tigthen all the bolts alot and get 2 washers for each bolt.
