It will have full deck grip tape.
Also, it will NOT be using a standard coil spring type brake.
It will have threadless forks/headset and use a compression system.

Again guys, full stats in a week or so

Nextsport. I wanted to test it as close to stock as possible but I wound up being perturbed by a few things:

A: The brake rubbed against the wheels. Dunno why
B: Bars too narrow
C: Wheels wobbled, due to ovalization/bearing slots being too big.
Fork is good though.

The headset cups.. interesting problem, they're bigger than normal, so standard headsets pop right in. Kind of pleasant. But the elite headset cups take loads of effort to install on other scoots.

The deck whips nicely and feels good. I'm coming from a shorter, lower headtube angle, and narrower deck, so this is a big change. So far, i'm like 80/20 good/bad.

I've turned the scoot into something of a beast now. I threw all my main stuff onto it to give the deck a better chance of ... well, me liking it more haha. Don't worry though all parts will get tested; I have wheels, fork, headset on one scoot and bars on a separate one.

It footjams like a bawse

Heres the beast.

Thanks Rob. All the issues you've been seeing we're working on as we found the same on a few others.

Interesting observation on the headset cups. We haven't had time to break down one of the threadless units yet but if it works with other parts then we should be ok.

now this may seem like a stupid question, but grit scooters and fuzion scooters kinda look similar, they made by the same people and re-branded like gm cars?

The final Fuzion Elite will be a lot different than the Grit scooters. The first prototype was very similar because Fuzion wanted to....

As for the Grit comments, Grit uses our manufacturer. But as you can tell we're doing our due diligence to improve on what's already been co-developed and bring something BETTER to the market. For a complete there's not a whole lot you can change from what's out there and stay within a competitive price range- but we're doing what we can.

As we mentioned a while back, Grit uses the same manufacturer. Because of our relationship with both we opted to test these out prior to release and fix any issues that seemed to be inherent of Grit scooters.

Final specs:
- 110mm cast PU wheels 87-90a
- 18" x 21.5" aluminum bars with gussets
- 1-piece aluminum frame (20.5" x 4.25") with internally gusseted downtube
- 81° head tube angle
- threadless forks with internal compression system and double clamp
- flex style brake
- revised deck shape

As for the price...we'll get back to you very shortly but we don't think you'll find anything in the same range. :)
