And adam you stupid ass the "ozone" layer is simply a layer of o3 (Trioxygen). That's it. It's at just the proper location in the atmosphere to be non-deadly to us. It doesn't hold the planet together. It's simply an invisible layer of oxygen atoms that reflect sunlight away from the earth.

It's not going to happen because this whole theory sounds like a crack smoking lunatic made it, told it to someone who is as gullible as an infant, who then went on to research and make crazy prediction of which, consisted of daily occurences and shit that will never happen.
