One piece aluminum bars

How much does the average Chromo bar way? Maybe Andrew is trying to point out that Aluminum bars that are strong enough to be riden will weigh just as much as Chromo because it will have to be that much thicker to still be ridable. Just my thought, I dont know how much Chromo bars weigh so maybe what Im saying has nothing to do with anything at all.

Chromoly Bars usually range from 1.6 - 2.2 pounds.

Aluminum is so weak guys i had FrenchID bars and they were thick as fuk and still bent and then snapped straight off just get 4130 best ever metal
yeah, but for some chromo might be over kill, yet stock might be too weak so aluminum will be good.
plus im sure andrew can do a better job than the french id peoples.

Stock bars don't even "bend and snap off" with out tons of abuse so they either don't know what they are doing or are using the worst material ever. I'm not saying aluminum bars will be stronger than 4130 BUT they will be plenty strong enough for 90% of the people out there and a lot lighter and if iscoot bars are bending too then they aren't using 4130 or they are using it too thin or you need to stop throwing your scooter because NOTHING is indestructible.

Ti is NOT lighter than Aluminium.
And it's NOT as strong as chromoly.

Ti bends!!

Aluminium's density is 2700kg per cubic meter.
Titanium's density is 4500kg per cubic meter.
Chromoly's density is around 7800kg per cubic meter.

Wikipedia can confirm that information.

i have 1 piece aluminum bars and as long as u reinforce them i think they're fine
If you made bars and you have to reinforce them then you didn't make them right. There shouldn't even be such a thing as reinforcing parts if people would learn how to build stuff and that goes for Razor and Micro too.

I use to ride one piece aluminium bars. They broke. I had a few of the same bars , one got bent at the handle bar when I threw my scooter. Another broke at the steering column area at the slits. The metal itself is weak , I think it is not such a good idea.
