Its welded together.
Lucky is a solid block of alu.

Doesn't matter if the deck is CNC'ed, if its all welded togethor then it is technically in "one piece" making it a one piece deck.

Who gives a dump how many peices are in a deck. The amount of peices in a deck does not vary with how solid it is, or how strong it is.

With that logic, nothing can be a one piece deck because you have to put the fork into the head-tube and it doesn't come with it in. The brake is not part of the "deck" so therefore it is still a one piece deck.
Actually yes it does, for example on a razor pro you have to bolt the headtube to the foldy, making it less strong then something welded on.

Welding doesent make it one piece.

Yes it does because welding is a chemical reaction. Therefore it makes it into one piece. If i take a piece of metal, and tape it onto another piece of metal, it is not in one piece because the two metals are not fused, same for glueing. Welding on the other hand, fuses the two pieces of metal together chemically, making the two pieces of metal, now one single piece of metal. =P

welding makes it one piece, but its not one solid piece. You can look at both sides of it, but 1 piece bars are 2 pieces welded together to make one, and it cant be undone like a bolt can. It just all depends what you mean, and you guys are both seeing the opposite sides which are both right. The only "true" one piece objects, are things CNC'ed out of a block of aluminum... etc. But 2 welded pieces still makes it 1 piece.

That's because there better than a silly old TSI. TSI's aren't even a one piece deck.

I dont even ride TSI so my views are not bias, but you don't know or can prove that, but whatever is new is always the rave. Also, I dislike how people act like a changeable deck plate is a horrible thing because it uses "bolts", yet it's mandatory we ride wheels on separate axles

they are both one piece. razor decks are welded as well. still one piece. come on now.

People just call them one piece decks cause they don't have a folding mechanism, that's it. People call bars one piece bars whereas all bars have two or more pieces making them, just get over it. Keep this thread to Phoenix talk.

yeah but by welding the metal you're pretty much bonding them together into one piece of metal

you guys dont need to be so technical lol

They look nice, but I don't really see what's so amazing about them. They look like just a stronger version of a tsi and ultra pro mix. I want to see how this deck holds up over time.
I wouldn't want to spend $170 on one, that's for sure!
Hhaaha :)
