Mgp has a bolt that goes from the top cap on top of the HIC shim, that goes all the way to the hole in the bottom of the fork. There's a nut there. and Both of those tighten together.

so basically the exact same thing but the shim is threaded.

IT's like HIC, but instead of the bolt threading into a starnut.
It goes all the way down the lenth of the forktube, and tightens into a Nut at the bottom of the forktube. (like ICS)

looks to be about 4 as they all are the same extrusion. the smallest one is 4.25 and slightly tapers at the bottom so im assuming 4
