I own SR.
If you use a vice you have to put them in one at a time. You should put them in one at a time no matter what anyways because putting them both in at once can make them go crooked and get stuck. You can use grease or WD-40 in the bearing sleeve on the wheel to help them slip in if they are really that tight but I find that hard to believe since every single core was checked. Greasing will also help to get them out which is easiest with a hammer and an axle or allen key. They will loosen up after you ride them but not loose enough for them to fall out like other wheels.

Before you use WD-40, READ

If you use WD-40 to get you bearings in, make sure it doesn't get inside the bearing. It will attract dust and act as a DE-Lubricant.

And even more important, do not get any WD-40 on the wheel itself. It will cause the urethane to deteriorate
