The original 5 spoke wheels will stay under the proto name but they have made river wheels to try to expand there designs and such.

yeah River Wheels by Proto is supposed to be the name. they decided river because, " they keep you flowing." pretty catchy, id say, but interested to see there performance over proto originals. but I'm going to cop a pair of full cores black on black or something like that. they're too sick

i have talked to whoever runs the proto page many times in the past month, they are deffinitly making them again and they are making them EXACTLY how they used to be. (design wise of the cores that is)
