While I have been in the scooter industry for over nine years now and since 2002 have been considered being a professional at riding, I just want to let you know that out of all the years of riding and meeting new people, new possible business ventures, sponsors, gigs. etc. I have never met someone who has been more dedicated to their work as Mat Thom. While I've had the chance to work with the man I have seen my opinions, assumptions, design guidelines completely changed and idea's flipped. I am so pleased with what we have accomplished in such little time. To see a tiny, almost helpless, monopolized industry grow into something where we now have multiple deck companies other than Razor and Micro. I believe that the scooter industry will never be the same because of what Mat Thom pushed me to consider riding his idea of what a real scooter should be.

When Mat came to me with the idea of a one-piece welded together frame concept, I had my doubts about it because I knew that the welds would make the material fail. Since the weld is stronger then the material. But when I road the deck it posed a totally different view point. From the first time I road a TSI, my riding has never felt more secure and solid. Part of the reason is one: The angles. In order to know how to properly design your product is through testing. It's taking us almost eight months now to come up with the best possible design. From month of rigorous testing and RE-designing. We have come up with a new way to look at how a scooter should be made. Not modified. TSI is 100% Original. In comparison to a Phoenix where you still need a Razor brake. I feel that if you are going to sell a deck then you should have your own brake and Head Tube. The Lucky concept is not original because you need multiple Razor products for it to function.

I hope that our sport gets to the main goal of being considered an offical action sport and has yet to be added to the X-games, Gravity Games, Dew Tour, Etc.

legit!! <3
you guys should explore cnc machining, too.
that's the reason i'm partial to a lucky deck at the moment.

^when times get tough ya gotta bust out da pics wit de new eye candy huh? lolz but that integrated looks sick, makes me wanna buy a bench press and in a few months ill be able to ride a TSI lmfaooo

Edit: im not hating, its just that im too weak for a TSI =P

Benching will do nothing to help you with the pulling motion of jumping a scooter. I get what you're trying to say though haha.

Any new pics of the disctrict deck leaked? On inside scooters they show districts new pegs, forks, and deck all in one pic unfortunately you only see like 2 inches of the deck.

Pheonix is right on everything he said. but im still a strong beleiver in a steel deck designed for big kids. this sport cant stay a kiddie sport forever or itll die. We need decks that last FOREVER. who cares about scooter nunchuck fukin quintuple tailwhips.

I used to ride a deck that was pushin 5.5lbs and i rode it forever i quit scootin when it got jacked cause all i do on a razor is loopout. If i was able to dub flat on a 5.5 pounder then i see no problems with weight on a scooter.

Were going to be releasing an extremely revised version of the deck i rode even before V1s bars. and its going to be sitting at just over 4 lbs.
