the steel strips are easier to put on and if they are thick they will be stronger than box. but they are lighter.
no, the steel strips are about the same weight as the aluminum box

ok thanks guys.....i just wasn't sure. so are there any differences in the strength of both of them or are they the same? because steel strips seem just as strong but easier to put on.

also with the reinforcements, can i attach them with the 4 screws on the side of the deck(pro model) as well as the back axel, or should i buy another screw and bolt to attach it in the front? will the front deck screws work to attach the reinforcements to the deck?

double post. also you should drill holes where those screws up the front of the deck are and put the bolts back in so the screw to the foldy plate. but if you have taken your foldy plaate out then use axle screws and screw them in because they are big for the hole and will squeeze in and hold. also do the back axle thing.
