who cares about weight, but yeah its a bit heavier.
better for grinds, interchangable deckplates, nicer looking.
REALLY strong.
you prob won't ever break it.

i would go with phoenix because its really light and strong

Phoenix:

Solid one piece
Can use brakes.. flex fender isn't -required-
multiple anodize colors
4.5 or 4.0
Never seen a broken deck, only headtube (rare)
Round deck, i've heard slightly bad things about it's grinding.
Weighs less
Costs more
Slightly more leaned back headtube angle.. not awkward.
Integrated/standard headtube choices

In otherwords, if you got money get a pheonix, if you don't have much get a TSI

i wouls say tsi because its cheaper and can be as wide as 5.0 you wont worry about breaking it and if you do like the flex style brake the tsi is 15 the phoenix is like 30 somthin

phoenix decks are strong yes, but tsi is just as strong if not stronger. I have seen 3 phoenix decks break, the headubes have come off, the headtubes crack, and my V1 cracked down the whole headtube somehow. i dont know about the new phoenix's cause i have not had one, but im my experiance, Tsi all the way

ya i know its basically phoenix light and pretty strong or tsi kinda heavy but wayyyy stronger
