I'm sorry but LOTS of people have cracked their V.2 TSI's in the same place you have. Yet they've not broke in two... Cracks happen and I'm Sorry.

The 90 day Warranty is for our protection. If we had to give a person a new deck every time they cracked theirs...We just can't afford that kind of a warranty right now. Maybe when we get more established and get in a real building in the near future.

Proto need to refund or like halfprice on the second pair i just brought some and i can see crakes

They have a 90 day warranty on any kind of chunks, cracks, etc. But after 90 days it only covers full dehubs.
